1. Introduction
The no-tillage (NT) is adopted in more than 100 million ha in the
world This is a system in which crops are sown
without any prior loosening of the soil by cultivation other than the
very shallow disturbance which may arise by the passage
of the drill coulters and after which usually 30–100% of the surface
remains covered with plant residues . The adoption
of NT may result in economic and environmental benefits
