ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Ground Handling related Agreements.
- Set up and audit new stations.
- Monitor, audit and evaluate the service quality of Ground Handling Company according to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Monitor and control matters related to personnel and development of all International and Provincial station.
- Plan, develop and control budget for Ground Customer Service Department to ensure cost effective operation for overall operations.
- Manage and audit the implementation of strategy and performances for Ground Customer Service.
- Manage and control all administration work of Bangkok, International and Provincial stations.
- Establish short term and long term plan to support all stations to achieve Service Excellence.
- Manage the cooperate communication with other parties.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
