• Providing the work standards with the help of support all QA functions and reviewing with superior.
• Ensuring and checking the testing result after input to SAP system. If found any out-of-spec result, must inform to superior immediately.
• To check and issue the COA of product for approving by Assistant or Senior Manager.
• To control Blend Management Activity.
• Providing the calibration plan and monitoring the status of equipment and calibrated tooling within schedule.
• To control, monitor and up-to-date,
- (laboratory references (ASTM Test Methods ).
- Laboratory data (Test Records, Calibration Reports).
- Material control (Standard Samples , Retention Samples , Standard & Test Solutions , Chemicals).

• To do the waste management in laboratory.
• Other assignment work from supervisor.

Manage continuous improvement

• Daily monitoring (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance).
• To do risk analyzing at workstation and elimination.
• Everyday Genba activities with his/her team, as TOP 3 issues countermeasures review with action plan.
• Be responsible for trouble analysis and solving for products from his/her process.
• To encourage team to do KAIZEN in his/her job.
