• Represent as Sangfor Vendor Product Expert to support all customers
• Provide technical solutions based on SANGFOR’s products, to be complete or be replace or be better solution, according to customer requirement
• Face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with Customer to provide Technical and Sales Support
• Emphasis on Presales role such as product presentation, project report, Proof of Concept (PoC), competitive analysis and Tender document
Channel/Partner Development role such as Product Training, Making Product and Solution Document, Increasing Channel/Partner Technical skill base on Sangfor Product
• Develop and provide suitable training courses to improve product presentations skills for sales and partners
• Support sales teams to achieve sales target by develop competitive strategy/solution with feasible, realist and executable action plan
