May I have your support of changing your cutting date for payment to be a bit earlier?
We would like to change your cutting date of payment from date 1 til month end to be date of 26 til 25 of following month.
Your paying date will be the same, 10th of each month. We propose to change to new cutting date loop since we have several processes to do before paying your fee
And we do not want to rush of doing to eliminate error that may occur.
We also would like to change the date of exchange rate to a bit earlier to be the date of month end or last working day of the month
In order to have time to precede your fee. This changing loop will not affect to accommodation fee since it is fixed.

May I have your opinion on this or if you have any suggestion please let me know.

If you agree on this new cutting loop & exchange rate date we will start new loop on Jan. 2015 onwards.
