Appealing the Removal of Selling Privileges
Selling privileges are commonly restricted or removed for:
Poor Performance: Your customer metrics -- order defect rate, cancellation rate, or late shipment rate -- do not meet our performance targets.
Violations of our Selling Policies.
Violations of our rules about Restricted Products.

Convert seller-fulfilled listings to FBA
If you have been restricted from selling some or all of your seller-fulfilled listings, you have the option to continue listing these products by converting their shipping method to fulfilled by Amazon. Products in your inventory that are ineligible for listing as seller-fulfilled are marked in the Manage Inventory page with a yellow icon on the far left column. To convert your listings to FBA, follow the instructions on How to Change Listings to Fulfilled by Amazon.
Appealing your restriction or removal
If your selling privileges have been restricted or removed, they may be eligible for reinstatement upon appeal.
Here's how to appeal:
