We can’t live without oil – cars, trans, planes, and machines all use oil. But we can only find oil some parts of the world, and we use tankers to carry the oil across the oceans to the countries that need it. The tankers have become bigger and bigger – so when there s an accident sometimes millions of oil go into the sea, or onto the coat. One of the most famous of these accidents was in 1989, in a lonely part of Alaska.
