-Infiltrating ductal carcinoma, moderately differentiated,
-Modifide Bloom Richardson grade ǁ (score = 6)
-size = 2.5 cm.
-no intraductal component.
-Lymphatic invasion is not observed.
-Margins are involved.

MACROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: Specimen consists of a nodular hard mass with covering fibroadipose tissue measuring 4*3*2 cm. Multiple sections present white hard mass of 2.5 cm. in greatest dimension with granular cut surfaces Representative sections are taken and submitted as:- A.
MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: The mass show mammary tissue with infiltrating areas composed of small sheets, solid groups, columns and tubules of malignant looking ductal epithelial calls (histologic score = 2) in a dense fibrous stroma with chronic inflammatory reaction. The tumor cells present moderate pleomorphic vesicular nuclear features (nuclear score = 2) and show low rate of mitotic figure (10/10 HPF, score =2). No intraductal component observed. There is no lymphatic invasion identified.
