The retention times for AA, BA and GA in RP-HPLC chromatogram were 7.30, 5.60 and 15.43 min respectively. The PCN and PHN retention times were 31.38 and 88.92 min respectively. The sample HPLC chromatograms of toxin analysis are given in Fig. 4.
The results found for each material by applying the data obtained from HPLC chromatograms to calibration graph are given in Table 1. The amount of toxin was found to be at very low levels in spores, volva and stipe. The maximum amount of amatoxins was measured in gills. A high amount of amatoxins was found in pileus. The quantities of toxin in unbroken dried mushrooms were also measured and these quantities were used to calculate the toxin quantities of wet mushrooms proportionally. The toxin levels are shown in Fig. 5.
The significant associations for all toxins were observed between different parts of the mushrooms (p < 0.001).ITS region contains 750 bp. According to sequence analysis of A. phalloides and A. phalloides var. alba there was no difference between their ITS regions. Sequence complementary is 100%. As a result, these mushrooms are of the same class and also have the same genetic information (Fig. 6).
