• To enter data for Export or Import documentation as assigned from oversea offices and agents.
• To manage documentation in accordance with an agreed SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
• To ensure documentation are entered in good quality and delivered to oversea offices and agents in timely fashion.
• To communicate daily with oversea offices and agents, be proactive to solve problem.
• To contribute good team spirits and provide good coordination to the team. Be a good team player.
• To manage other jobs as assigned by supervisor/manager.
