Production of recombinant proteins

Production of recombinant proteins from Euglena (Lm.79780, Lm56292, Dm.26148, Dm.12422) by transformation into pET32a. Protein expression on SDS-PAGE and glycosylation reactions using Phenylpropanoid is an acceptor molecules, then analyzed using Thin layer chromatography (TLC).
