Be a focal point of contact for Company’s central phone number; answer all incoming calls in a professional manner
Screen and transfer incoming calls, messages/document(through fax) to appropriate person/departments
Make sure that telecommunication tools are available and functioned at all time.
In case of emergency, provide assistance in telecommunication to key operation site representative
Provide general information services including telephone directory
Participate in meeting to prepare for emergency; crisis exercise
Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in any fields
Good interpersonal skill
Good command of English
Service-mind and work well under pressure
