well, peanut butter, tofu and soy milk are all foods that tend to cause gas regardless of how you eat them :) My advice would be to cut them out temporarily, make sure you're eating LOTS of leafy greens and fiber-rich foods, and see if that helps. If not, then try simplifying your meals with light food combinations. But if it does help, then try reincorporating those suspect foods one at a time to see which is the culprit
