Correspondence analysis (COA) is calculated using statistical software (SPSS version 20.0). The COA is used to identify the major trends in a variation of distribution and data of the genes along the continuous axes. COA gives major trends in codon usage patterns of all 59 codons except for methionine, tryptophan and all three stop codons. Correlation is done by using Pearson's correlation analysis method, statistically significant P-value ≤0.05 and 0.01.
