We have some difficulties achieving the desired cooling temperature on our new SCM pasteurizer. In order to isolate the exact issue, we need to know the incoming flow and in- and out temperatures of the tower water and ice water.
In order to do so, I would like to check with you if we have the following equipment:
• 1 or 2 mobile flow meters
• Temperature transmitters (external) which we can attach to the line (temporary)
If we don’t have the equipment listed above, can you think of any other idea’s with which we can measure the flow and temperature without modifying the line? Your input is much appreciated!
