Actually, even though these laws are already existed, the ratio of electronic-crimes increases day by day therefore, these laws are supposed to be more strict and implemented. Making pages as a fake electronic snares on the Internet to record illegal activities helps governments to arrest people who work on these prohibited activities and protects the public from risks of the Internet. I believe this punishment that has to be involved with paying fines and sending to prisons is the best way to deter criminals and to stop electronic crimes.

Also, Basically, being safe from Information risks depends on people's principles and believes. you can start with your children or little brothers, teach them how to choose the best content, suggest them a good website weekly, and fill their free time with many useful activities. If parents and teachers, or even friends instill values in person, he will face Internet risks strongly and is going to be protected.

Finally, I think it's not possible to pause the life on the Internet and start cleaning it because, the Internet seems like another real life, which expands with a lack of control everyday. Likewise, people and their ways that they use to teach their children can't be perfect, thus, they are humans.
