Assist CRM Manager and Project Supervisor
 ® Monitor to update CRM Program and update on all unit DWO (Defect Work Requests)
 ® Assist with Customers requests, complaints, pending defects etc. and if necessary 
  inspect / investigate the case with customer and subcontractor.
 ® Communicate with clients for requests, inquiries and follow up on defect rectification.
 ® Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
    ® Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for 
  further investigation.
 ® Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, 
    complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
 ® Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information 
  about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of 
  complaints .
