Head of Trade Finance (VP Level)
• Manage the end to end P&L responsibilities of the Trade business and all sources and drivers of profitability.
• Manage, build, recruit, and develop a team consisting of sales, product mgt, product development, channel mgt, implementations to drive accelerated growth in the business.
• Contribute as a leader internally to manage business responsibilities in areas risk, credit, customer service, and sustainability.
• Ensure high quality operational & compliance processes are in line with these capabilities of the Bank.
• Provides overall direction to the Trade Finance Division, and develops and implement the long-term objectives, policies and procedures.
• Provides support and guidance to line supervisors and subordinates and gives decision on their complex operational and other issues.
• Manages client relationships in trade finance area, and liaises at senior levels including Relationship Manager, Finance, Operation and provides advice where appropriate.
• Manages Trade Finance’s client relationship from corporate perspective.
