ou will be ultimately responsible for :
General day-to-day office administration
Day-to-day administration of employee issues
Administration of HR functions
Administration of employee compensation and benefit: payroll, social security, income tax, medical insurance and expense claims
Co-ordination for application and renewal of visas and work permits for expat employees
Monthly HR reports
Qualifications :-
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relative field
At least 5 years experience in a general HR role
Excellent interpersonal, general management and organizational skills
Proactive, diplomatic and professional
Good written and spoken English
Knowledge of Thai labour law and employee relations is essential
Some basic accounting knowledge will be useful
