Thank you for taking the time in contacting eBay Customer Service about the removal of the item you purchased. I am sorry to hear that the listing was removed after you have successfully purchased the item, and the seller cancelled their account. You did the right thing by informing us about the status of your order. I’ll do the best I can to help you get a full refund.
Pakpoom, upon further review, we found that your order was removed by eBay because the listing violated one of our policies. For privacy reasons, I can't tell you exactly why the listing was ended. However, I can assure you that the removal of this listing doesn't reflect on you as a buyer or affect your standing on eBay in any way.
Since the seller is no longer registered with us, and failed to deliver your order in time, our best option is to start out a claim. Before providing you the complete steps, I tried to go over the process of opening a case on your behalf, that's when I got this error:
"We're sorry there's a problem with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller."
There are a lot of possible reasons as to what may have caused this error, however, due to security concerns, we are unable to access your PayPal account and pinpoint this. In order to resolve this, we encourage you to reach out to PayPal for them to help sort this out. For your convenience, we arranged a link below which you can use to get in touch with them:

Please know that option we provided is for your protection, and as long as you follow what is outlined in this email, I am confident that you will get the item you ordered or your money back.
By the way Pakpoom, I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate the amount of business you’ve done with us since 2013. We would like to thank you from us here on eBay that you choose to shop with us for 3 years now. It is really amazing to see that you were able to keep the account in good standing. It has been my pleasure serving you and I hope you enjoy shopping for the holidays.
