Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATRFTIR) investigation
The interaction between curcumin and soluble starch was investigated by ATR-FTIR which was recorded on a PerkinElmer
Spectrum 100 spectrophotometer. Freeze dried samples were sandwiched between the ATR accessory and the diamond crystal. Spectra of samples were recorded in the wavelength region between 400 and 4000 cm1. Each spectrum was obtained by averaging 32 scans at a resolution of 4 cm1.
