Three simple solutions to nomophobia in students are controlling themselves when using mobile phone, spending time for other activities, and medical treatment. First, students ought to control themselves when using mobile phone, which is an important way to solve the problem because it is the way how it starts. Second, students should spend time for other activities to distract attention from their mobile phone. Relaxation activities such as yoga may help them feel less stressed, more relaxed, and this is also one of the best way to calm a disturbed mind. Medical treatment is another interesting way to solve the problem for them. Doctor will use cognitive behavior therapy for the treatment of people with anxiety symptoms. To conclude, self control when using mobile phone, spending time with other activities, and medical treatment are solutions of nomophobia in students.
