c) the confirmation of company details issued by the National Trade Register Office, hereinafter referred to as O.N.R.C., proving the fact that he/she carries out trading activities under the law - has the capacity of director;

Economic activities

c) proof of the fact that the applicant has the capacity to carry out the economic activity under the conditions laid down by GEO no. 44/2008 as further amended and supplemented - Confirmation of company details issued by O.N.R.C. (original and copy);

Professional activities

c) proof of the fact that the applicant has the capacity to carry out the professional activity – authorisation or permit (original and copy) issued under the special law;

Voluntary activities

c) volunteer agreement (original and copy) concluded with the host organisation, in accordance with the provisions of the special law;
d) fees.
Humanitarian activities

c) approval of the Interdepartmental Commission for the Coordination and Support of Humanitarian Activities within the Ministry of Public Health (original and copy);
d) notice from the host organisation certifying that the person concerned carries out religious (humanitarian) activities within the organisation, in case the notice does not make such mention;
e) fees.
Religious activities
a) standard application;

c) approval of the State Secretariat for Religious Affairs (original and copy);
d) notice from the host organisation certifying that the person concerned carries out religious activities within the organisation, in case the notice does not make such mention;

1.2. Residence based on means of support
a) standard application;

c) proof of the means of support;
d) proof of the health insurance - except for persons who are insured without payment of the contribution, in accordance with art. 213 of the Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, as further amended and supplemented;

1.3. Studies

c)documents certifying that the person is enrolled in an accredited education institution;
d) proof of means of support;
e) proof of health insurance, except for the persons falling under art.213 par.(1) letter a) of the Law no.95/2006, as further amended and supplemented;

1.4.A. Family members (EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation citizens)

d) civil status document certifying the marriage or, as applicable, documents certifying the family relationship with the resident;

1.4.C. Partners and dependant persons (EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation citizens)

c) copy of the identity card/travel document and copy of the document certifying the residence on the national territory of the European Union citizen;

e) proof of means of support;
f) proof of health insurance;
g)fees.
2. Family members of EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation citizens (who are nationals of non-EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation states) – to obtain the residence card, submit the following documents:

d) civil status document certifying the marriage or, as applicable, documents certifying the family relationship with the resident;

2.B. Partners and dependant persons
a) standard application;
b) (valid) passport in original and copy;
c) copy of the identity card/travel document and copy of the document certifying the residence on the national territory of the European Union citizen;
d) documents certifying these capacities;
e) proof of means of support;
f) proof of health insurance;
g) fees.
3. Other situations
In case changes occur with regard to name, first name, citizenship, residence address, and in case of destruction or deterioration of the document certifying the residence, you must obtain another registration certificate, or residence card, respectively. In order to do so, submit the following documents at the territorial units of the General Inspectorate for Immigration in the county where you reside:
a) standard application;
b) identity document/passport (valid) in original and copy;
c) registration certificate/residence card;
d) proof of the change occurred (except for the residence address, which shall be declared);
e)fees.
Other documents consistent with the declared purpose shall be submitted only if there are changes to the previous application (declaration of another purpose, declaration of another job, enrolment in another education institution, etc.).
As an exception, EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation citizens registered based on the means of support must prove they hold such means and the health insurance upon submission of the new application.
In case of loss or theft of the document, you must submit the same documents as above (except, of course, the document issued by RIO), and, in addition, evidence of the loss or theft issued by the police station.
