c) Note that GSX will indicate the product is not covered by warranty, even though a POP is available, due to the date of purchase.
(1) If the customer wishes to proceed with out-of-warranty coverage, submit the repair. POP is not required for out-of-warranty repairs. If you submit a repair for a product with accidental damage or abuse, no POP is required. Please mark in GSX "Returnable Damage: Yes" to indicate the damage.
(2) If the customer indicates the product should be covered by warranty, a copy of the POP and Warranty Coverage Request form must be uploaded in GSX*. See Uploading Proof of Purchase or Date of Purchase Incorrect in GSX?. Purchases made on www.beatsbydre.com can be verified online. The customer must provide the order number and billing zip code associated with their order. Please include this information in the "Repair Notes" field.
The repair will be placed on hold and released accordingly (within 24 business hours).
