Performs recruitment process; Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, job offering, orienting and training and do employment contract for qualified candidates.
Review and implement company regulation comply with Thai Labor Law.
Establish and implement HR procedure.
Provide counseling services for all employees concerning company’s rules &
Regulations.
Have the experience in Visa and Work permit.
Provision of report to management as per assigned.
Handle procurement and negotiation with external suppliers for any purchasing items.
Handle other HR and administration task related to job assignment.
