Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with user vendor/supplier to maintain and repair office facilities to be ready for use and in good condition for employees and tenants
• To assist in reviewing the contractor’s contract related administration tasks i.e. leasing service, maintenance service, outsourcing service and tenant contracts
• Process purchasing & maintenance requisition for head office, branches and other purchases as per requested by each department
• Recheck and monitor for office expense such as stationery electricity, water supply, copy machine etc.
• To input stock, handle office stationery and equipment inventory
• General office duties and running of the location, plus upkeep and maintenance of the office
