Please note that we receive clarification from GHO on the authorization as attached in the T100 approval process summary file. Any salary adjustment non-comply with CEVA policy and non-budget require approval as per the summary.
• Non-comply with CEVA Policy – meaning the any off-cycle adjustment (i.e. not during April Salary Adjustment) is considered as outside policy therefore it mean all promotion or adjustment throughout the year.
• % increased and relevant authorization level are stated in the summary – i.e. Cluster has 5%, Business Line 10%, any adjustment higher than 10% have to get T100.
• Any M Level adjustment required T100 approval.
• All international new hires and assignment requires T100 approval – unless within Cluster and costing less than 10K euro.
Attached is the form for Role/ Compensation Change that will need to submit to T100 for your reference. It is critical that the business case / rational are stated clearly. Please make sure that you have good justification in the local PA form so we can speed up the submission to T100.
It would mean that we need to be proactive in planning for the bi-weekly T100 meeting. Mekong Cluster has done several off-cycle T100 approval and has received feedback on this. We do need your support to ensure compliance for this process and proper documentation for audit as part of CEVA Business Rules.
