Total phenolic (TP) concentration (mg gallic acid equiv. per 100 g1 dw) in a
collection of six potato cultivars and ten breeding lines with introgressions of
Solanum tuberosum subsp. andigena (Juz. & Bukasov) Hawkes and Solanum
stenotonum Juz. & Bukasov. Bars represent means and standard deviations
(n = 3). Cultivars and breeding lines were arranged in decreasing order of TP
concentration in the raw tubers.
