The reproducibility of the biosensor was investigated through
intra- and interassay precision. For intraassay precision, the
sensor's response was periodically checked with respect to
0.1 ng/mL atrazine. The proposed sensor was stable (3% with
respect to the Rct values) over a period of 7 days. Similarly,
interassay precision was estimated by recording the response of
four separately prepared sensors toward the analysis of 0.1 ng/mL
atrazine. In this case, the variation in the sensors' response was
limited to 4%. The stability of the sensor's EIS response as a
function of storage time was also evaluated. It was observed that
the proposed sensor could retain its EIS characteristics even after
40 days of storage (in 10 mM PBS, pH 7.4, T = 4 C).
