I heard back from InHarvest about the COA that you sent forward earlier today. They advised that the COA is requested to be “Certificate of Analysis SGS Certification (in English, showing LOT#, PO#, All analysis listed on product specifications)” but that this is not quite what has been provided.
Their QA department advised the following:
The COA is and in-house COA that does not comply with Carlos’s request as below. Also, please see attached Excel sheet which was the product specification sent to us as part of supplier approval and set up. The attached word file is the current COA will the variances noted in Red. Please note “Yellow Kernels” is out of the original agreed spec. The most important parameter is the “Immature Kernels, Other seed and foreign matter” in which the agreed product spec is “NIL” on the spec (not including Immature). It would be unacceptable if we have 0.1% of other seed and/or foreign matter. Please advise on the differences and also clarify/separate the “Immature Kernels, Other seed and foreign matter” parameter. Thank you for your help.
Will you please advise on the above and attached? Thank you!
