with body dimensions of more than half of the students (50.5% boys
and 53% girls). Table 4 shows that the desktop height of chairs was
too low (low mismatch) for 41.2% (40.8% boys, 41.6% girls) of the
students, while it was too high (high mismatch) for 10.5% (9.7%
boys, 11.4% girls) of them. The desktop height mismatch increased
with grade level for both genders (from 30.8% to 65.7% for boys and
from 38.9% to 54.8% for girls).
