First, as with comedy, timing is everything. Mostly. Experimenting with a few green tweaks here and there can bring some quick-and-clean rewards but, to add substantial long-term value, it’s best to wait for (or instigate) a substantial opportunity for change, such as a full ‘refresh’ or rebranding of your concept. Ideally, that plan will be coupled with a needed or wanted renovation of kitchen and front-of-house facilities or perhaps best of all, a new build.
