The mixture of garlic and water (v/v 1:1) was filtered through 45 μm sieve and the filtrate was then centrifuged (1000 g, 40 min) to get the suspension.
After that, dextrin and wheat powder were added into the suspension which was vaccinated by 0.1%Weissella Koreensis (1.0×107 CFU/ml) for 24 h.
