So since the order is past due the estimated delivery time for International Orders we will now consider it lost and we will process a refund for it back to your credit card right away. You will receive another email confirming of the refund to your credit card (please check your spam box as well for this confirmation email). That credit will usually post to your credit card within the next few business days (may vary depending on the bank). But please take note that the next time an order is lost/not received we will not be able to refund it immediately unless the package is returned to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
