Teachers are one of the crucial elements in conducting success for students in learning English as a Foreign Language. Teachers play some roles as a controller, prompter, participant, resource and tutor in facilitate learning (Harmer, 2007b). Harmer also stated that a good teacher is someone who recognize, listen and respect students to build intrinsic attitude of the students. Teachers’ background can be a factor that influences students’ in learning English. Their background can be as a native English speaker teacher.
