Well weekend support is strictly for incoming calls in the queue as the staffing would be less & only SEV-1 cases are handled.
Unfortunately I cannot increase the severity of the ticket to SEV-1 & keep it unactioned till Sunday.
Hence, my request to you would be call in to the queue, ask the customer support representative to raise the severity & then patch you to an engineer who will work with you !
I will put this ticket on hold until Monday !
