In case you'd like to start playing from the beginning, could you please submit a new request to our Helpdesk via the Report an Issue button in the game without deleting any technical information about your device?
To send a request from the game, please follow these instructions:
Open your game.
Tap on the Settings button in the left upper part of the screen. It looks exactly like a gear.
You will see the Report an Issue button there.
Tap on it, and the game will then open your e-mail app.
You will see some technical information about your device.
The information we need looks like this:
Game: ***
Time: ***
Build time: ***
Version: ***
DB ID: ***
Language: ***
OS: ***
Device: ***
Describe the situation in your e-mail so that the other members of Playrix Customer Support Team could forward your message to me.
Please use the same e-mail address or mention the number of this request (#620259) so that we could find the previous correspondence with you.
