Thailand is to request Mark for monthly performance of Thailand operation. Measures that can be requested are Dollar Sales, # Enrollments, # AutoShips, Individuals who ranked up, etc.
Kris estimated that there are approximately 12 leaders, who actively do network marketing. The rest L&H coaches are selling Trevo as they are familiar with selling approach. Mark commented that 12 committed leaders would be adequate to drive the business to success if we keep consistency on enrollment and duplication.
On March 1st, there will be announcement on changes in Compensation Plan (Rewarding up to 8 generations on Power Start + Matching bonus), Volume Discount on the Cost per Bottle when a member starts his business with a large volume, the company will encourage L&H coaches to upgrade their level and enroller will get matching bonus on the upgrade with compression feature, the company will also give a certificate (voucher) to those who upgrade their level to 24 bottles within 2 months of their enrollment so that they can redeem the certificate on Trevo 2Go for building their business further. Mark reiterated that these changes should be kept confidentially within the meeting. It is important to let the L&H coaches get excited on ELEVATE campaign on Feb 1st and then they can learn about the changes in compensation plan on Mar 1st with country directors explaining details to them face-to-face.
HQ will transfer money to Thailand office 3 times a month: 1) approved budget, 2) VAT or government selling tax (to arrive before 15th of the following month), and salary (on 25th of the month).
