Dear Khun Isabella
Please can you translate the following email for the Team this morning ka.
I write to remind you that the nature of your duties and responsibilities mean you have access to confidential and private information. I've spoken with you before about what I expect from you and it seems it is time to communicate this again. I appreciate many people come to speak with you and ask for your advice or opinion about HR. I expect you to be professional in your response but advise that you cannot make any comment as you are in a position of trust.
If you have concerns regarding this, or are asked to share information about anything related to your role, please let me know. I've also spoken with you before about the negative impact of 'gossip'. I can see this happening every day. I won't tolerate any 'gossip' that is any way connected to the HR Team - we all have a role to play in setting an example to others.
I may be away from the office at times but I remain aware of what is happening at the factory at all times. I may not understand the language but I understand when talk is work-related or it isn't. I take matters of confidentiality seriously and will not hesitate to address any incident which occurs (or has occurred) which might give me cause to believe there has been a breach.
I don't expect you to communicate this, or send it, to anyone else. I'm away from the office today but will be arranging a Team Meeting to discuss this and other matters on Monday ka.
