Unfortunately, I am afraid that Frank and myself are just the tip of the iceberg, I would be surprised that we are the only 2 “problem cases”. Whether that comes from lack of communication by our HR as you mention (reasons which I am actually also not too much interested in, I am more interested in results or current the lack thereof). Nevertheless I do know for a fact that it was not our HR staff who measured me twice: end of 2013 and a 2nd time early 2014; and I also know that my legs didn’t grow that much that fast.
