Main Purpose of the Job:
• To develop the Category agenda for all trade channels to support long term Category growth and profitably increase Nestle market share based on shopper insight and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commercials (Sales & Marketing) or related fields
• 8 - 10 years’ work experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing with Sales experience or exhibits strong functional skills and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrate record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role with understanding customers and selling processes
• Advanced understanding of
• Basic knowledge of key business functions; core Business Processes e.g. Integrated Commercial Planning
• Knowledge of Competition Law
• Good understanding of Shopper, Competitive Landscape, Market Intelligence sources, Category/Channel/Shopper trends.
• Strong knowledge and ability to manipulate software (i.e., Dunnhumby, TNS, Retail Audit, Mailer Tracker & Scanned Sales)
