3.9. Real sample analysis
To investigate the applicability of the proposed sensor for monitoring of the SUM in real samples, blood serum and SUM tablet were analyzed for their SUM contents. The standard addition method was used for measuring SUM concentrations in the samples. The obtained results were summarized in Table 2. As it isillustrated, the recovery of SUM is obtained between 94.0% and 98.3% using the Pt-ZONPs/CP electrode. The results demonstrated the capability of the proposed sensor for voltammetric determination of SUM in real samples with good accuracy.
