I think this problem root cause is an internal communication problem that we are not put the concentration on each matter for each function.
If possible, please do not send only e-mail or post it on NMT bulletin, job owner should give more information by meeting or use morning brief for explain more details.
And I think all of you already forgotten Takami-san's policy ----> Face To Face communication.
Please consider and avoid double handling job or not necessary job in your hand.
