Provide administrative and secretarial support for Dean and Faculty Members.
Prepare a wide variety of materials (for example letter, correspondence, meeting minutes, report).
Coordinate internal and external parties so that the School's activities run smoothly.
Act as single contact point of Faculty Members and promptly provide general solution, and vice versa.
Administer general matters of the School (Faculty) including lecture room, student space.
Support teaching, exam and related activities of student and academic affairs.
