• Defining the core category growth strategies, market share targets and promotional investment levels within the total market context.
• Developing portfolio segmentation and product strategies & drive deployment.
• Defining and prioritise development priorities & improvements.
• Securing product profitability through product lifecycle management.
• Providing an external, market based, forward looking view to the organization.
• Delivering actionable business intelligence insights to the company’s strategy development and all key stakeholders.
• Identifying growth opportunities and working with Product Management and Sales Management on product development and deployment, with a total portfolio view.
• Acting as value added consultants and influencers with Customers through delivery of impactful and relevant information.
• Leading and improving key company planning processes such as Strategy cycle, end to end product management, promotional investment management.
