NO jewellery to be worn on hands or wrists
HAIR kept neat and controlled
FINGERNAILS - short, clean and free of nail polish
UNIFORMS AND APRONS should be freshly laundered and designed for safety.
CUTS & SORES - should always be protected by a suitable waterproof dressing (bandage)
NO Food Handler should be in the acute state of a common cold or any communicable disease
