Most of BEAUTY’s main revenue is from retail distribution to domestic customer under Beauty Buffet trademark. Generally, cosmetic and skincare products have certain characteristics that customers are very sensitive to any related information, both negatively and positively. Thus, in case that there is any negative information affecting the image of Beauty Buffet, such as product irritation, sales and operating performance of the Company may be significantly affected. However, Beauty Buffet’s concept is a development of a unique cosmetic shop brand, which is considered as only a distribution channel. The Company is able to develop other shop brand concepts for a replacement, such as Beauty Cottage. Furthermore, there are several product brands under Beauty Buffet and the new brands can be developed to serve fashion trend. Therefore, the Company believes that revenue dependency from distribution under Beauty Buffet concept will decrease gradually over time.
