8. Keep on Track
Mostly, the meeting goes off the track because any participant made it so. Certainly, it is the responsibility of the leader to prevent other participants from going off the track and keep them on one primary purpose of the meeting. To keep the meeting on the track, the participants have to stop themselves from going off the track at the moment when they realize that they are not on right track.
9. Motivation before Speaking
A participant has to carry on a discussion on the main purpose rather than adding unnecessary factors. Besides, participants should not comment, only for the purpose of being heard by others. In business meetings, every single word matters a lot.
10. Up-to-Date Calendar
Keeping current and up to date calendar is essential for participants. It will help the participants to prepare for the meeting within given time. In case there is another meeting after completion of first one, then calendar will help the participants to prepare themselves easily.
