I heard from Mr. Kriengsak and it seems not possible to embrace Brit to the partner as the clients will be overlapped in the future .
I am sorry that DrayTek can't do anything as we have offered the good conditions to Netpoint .We still demand the direct sales to Brit and his contribution of the sales .
If you can stock for Brit ,then we will try our best to support and direct him to you even raise the prices .
However ,since it's related to channel management ,then you know more well than us feasible or not .
We used to have the failure case in Malaysia and tried to combine two clients to one distributor .
The smaller one gave up and the bigger one even doesn't sell the devices in KL .That is a tragedy and we really don't want to repeat again .
Brit as the distributor to promote DrayTek is flawless to us .Just the turnover is the same not good enough.
We understand for you it's like we keep the competitor to you .We reluctant but hope you can develop your own channels.
