Please note that our liability is strictly limited to direct loss and damage at its actual cash value only and shall not exceed USD 25 per kilo. All other types of loss or damage are excluded. If you regard this limit is insufficient, shipment insurance is recommended which can be made through DHL or your own insurance can be arranged.
Per above terms and conditions, we have therefore prepared to compensate the damaged items at THB 197.78 according to its declaration. This is considered as full and final.
